Tip #2.
For a healthy skin always eat healthy food. Not a 5bags of chips because whenever I eat less junk-food that's when I tend to not breakout. Eat less oily food if you breakout a lot. Avoid putting oil near the face area. When you put oil on your head, don't put it near the forehead area. You will have less chances of breaking out. Eat more vegetable. Drink milk sometimes. Try to catch vitamins any ways you can.
