Always remember to drink water as much as you can. I know you will have to take a trip to the bathroom more but still, it's great to clean out your inner body and it will keep you hydrated. You will have a natural glowing skin just by drinking lots of water. Usually if you drink less water your pee will look yellow and disgusting but if you pee really often then it will be almost the same way you drank it. And that's what you need. And that reflects your inner health. You are really healthy inside. Water is everyone's best friend. Always carry a water bottle. And make sure you pee before you leave your house.
